How to Order
Order Details
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, customer can send the full list of orders in an excel sheet. However, an order form is still required to ensure the prompt delivery. Customer must indicate the summary of orders in the order form, and send the details in an excel sheet. Format for excel must follow the format indicated in the order format.

Payment
Personalized Accessories only accepts the following modes of payment:
With no additional fee: deposit on BDO / BPI / Metrobank
With additional fees: LBC / Cebuana Lhuillier / PayPal
For LBC / Cebuana Lhuillier transactions: Additional Php 20 will be charged to the customer
For PayPal transactions: Additional 5% of the total bill + Php 15 will be charged to the customer
Some provincial banks (such as BDO) may charge for 50 pesos for deposit. Money transfer services have their own additional fee for payments.

Small packages or 6" size cake topper and below

For international shipments, price depends on (1) country of destination, (2) weight of products and (3) number of days to be in transit.
[LBC] Includes FREE Insurance of up to Php 500 of the declared value. Add-on of Php 5 for every Php 500 in excess of included free insurance.
For some provincial shipments, some areas are not deliverable. You may contact Personalized Accessories to check whether your area is deliverable or not; if not, you may choose to pick up your items in your preferred nearest LBC branch.
Personalized Accessories will not be responsible for the loss, damages, delays and/or problems of the shipment once we send out the orders. The best we can do is to help coordinate with the courier regarding the problems.
Photos are required as proof of the damages.
Process
The production of acrylic items from Personalized Accessories may take from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the amount of orders we are currently processing. For Christmas season, please expect the production to take from 1 to 2 weeks.
In case that orders may contain spelling mistakes and/or other defects, please allot us another 1 to 2 business days to redo your orders for free.
NOTE: The process of producing acrylic items will be faster if items are the same color.
The production of customized acrylic items from Personalized Accessories may take from 5 to 7 business days, because it requires a lot of work from us. There is no minimum pcs for customized designs.
The production of cardstock and case from Personalized Accessories will take 2 to 5 business days.
The production of time capsule items from Personalized Accessories will take 1 to 3 days after payment has been sent. However, orders are subject to the availability of materials. If materials needed are not available, waiting time may be 1-2 weeks.
The production of metal items from Personalized Accessories may take 10 to 20 business days after payment has been sent. However, orders might take longer to make depending on the amount of orders we are currently processing.
Shipment varies on the customer’s location:
Blitz Delivery: 1-3 business days shipping
LBC: 1-3 business days shipping
International: Shipping depends on location (roughly 10-20 business days shipping)
Customers who paid first are always processed first. We cannot make adjustments for late payments.
Rush Orders
For rush orders, we require 1-2 days of production, 1-2 days of shipment.
An additional of 10% of the total bill will be added for rush orders.

Returns
Personalized Accessories does not accept any returns for customer mistakes. However, we redo orders for our mistakes on acrylic orders (e.g. misspelled name on the finished product sent to the customer, etc.) and other products.

Authorization
By sending the payment for your orders, it is understood that the customer agrees and acknowledges to the terms and conditions presented by Personalized Accessories.
Personalized Accessories reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Thank you!
- To place an order, customer must send an order form provided by Personalized Accessories at http://bit.ly/PAorderform.
- Order forms are required, failure to provide order form may cause delay in production of orders or shipment of items.
- Customer must follow the order format provided, it can be found in the order form.
- Customer must contact Personalized Accessories immediately (via Facebook or email) after submission of order form. Kindly wait for the reply of Personalized Accessories regarding the total and payment details.
- After the customer sends his payment, he / she must inform Personalized Accessories (via Facebook, email or text) so that the items will be produced.
Order Details
- Personalized Accessories requires full payment before production and shipping.
- For transactions Php 5,000 and above, at least 50% downpayment is needed before production.
- For transactions Php 4,999 and below, at least Php 2500 downpayment is needed before production.
- Full payment should be done prior to shipping.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been made.
- Changes in orders (e.g. name, color, design, etc.) may only be made before payment or start of production.
- Personalized Accessories cannot be held liable for mistakes (e.g. spelling mistakes, color mistakes, etc.) sent by the customer.
- Orders should be sent using the official order form found in the website of Personalized Accessories. Orders sent via Facebook message, Email, Viber or Instagram will only be honored if sent in the order format required.

Products
ACRYLIC
- The material used for the term “Acrylic” is plastic.
- Personalized Accessories uses 3mm thickness as a default for all products.
- Mirrored Silver and Mirrored Gold are only available in 1.5mm thickness.
- Since all our products are custom made, we seldom have on-hand items. Therefore, all products are custom made after the initial payment.
- The material used is not 100% smooth. Products may contain minor scratches, burns, and small chips due to the laser cutter.
- Color choices are available in the “Colors” album.
TIME CAPSULE
- The material used for the term "Time Capsule" is stainless steel, plated to come in shiny and fade-resistant form.
- Time capsule products are plated to avoid tarnishing of products, but this doesn't mean that the necklace chain and capsule itself will not tarnish forever.
- Time capsule products are subject to availability of materials.
METAL
- The material used for the term "Metal" are accessories offered in three materials: stainless steel, stainless steel plated in 24k gold or 92.5% silver.
- Metal products are handmade and not machine made - fonts or handwritten samples might not look exactly alike.
- Metal products are made within 10-20 business days.
Pricing
- Prices for acrylic, metal and time capsule items are indicated in their respective photo captions. Not all prices for Acrylic Cake Topper (ACT) are indicated because it depends on the size, design and color of the cake topper. Please send a private message for price inquiries.
Payment
Personalized Accessories only accepts the following modes of payment:

- At least 50% of the total bill is required before production of items, while full payment is required before the shipment of items.
- Please contact Personalized Accessories immediately after payment has been made. We can only start production of orders after your confirmation of payment.

Personalize of Original Design for Acrylic
- Personalized Accessories has the right to upload completed orders to the “Completed Acrylic Orders” albums in Facebook.
- Photos from the Internet are not considered as “original design” (e.g. logo of a brand, movie character, etc).
- Original design is defined as a sketched item.
