How To Order 

  1. Customer should submit an order form to Personalized Accessories
  2. Contact Joan from Personalized Accessories via text, email, Facebook message or the contact form (make sure to indicate that you have already submitted an order form and include the name)
  3. Personalized Accessories will reply with the total bill and payment details (breakdown can be sent if requested)
  4. Customer should send the payment thru the selected mode (for questions, please refer to the payment section below)
  5. Customer should notify Personalized Accessories that payment has been sent (please attach the deposit slip / screenshot for bank transfer or receipt from LBC / Palawan Express / M Lhuillier / Cebuana Lhuillier)
  6. Items will be in production after payment
  7. Items will be shipped out once ready (waybill number for tracking references will be sent)

Payment

BDO / BPI / Metrobank Deposit
  1. Go to the bank (Banco De Oro, BPI Savings Bank or Metrobank)
  2. Enter the following information in the deposit slip: Complete Name, Account Number, Total [these details will be given during step 3 of how to order]
  3. Give the payment to the cashier, you should be given a deposit slip as proof of payment
  4. Proceed to step 5 of how to order guide above
BDO / BPI / Metrobank Online Transfer
  1. Access your online account (Banco De Oro, Bank of the Philippine Islands or Metrobank)
  2. Fund transfer the total bill from your account to our account
  3. Transaction ID reference number will be given as proof of transfer (customer can take a note of this, or screenshot the proof)
  4. Proceed to step 5 of how to order guide above
PayPal (with additional 5% of the total bill + Php 15)
  1. Go to PayPal
  2. Enter the necessary information to make your payment
    **With PayPal account: customers can use the funds in their PayPal accounts to send a payment
    **Without PayPal account: customers can use their credit card via PayPal website to send a payment
  3. Proceed to step 5 of how to order guide above
LBC / Palawan Express / Cebuana Lhuillier (with additional Php 20)
  1. Go to any branch 
  2. Enter the following information in their slip: Our complete name, contact number, pickup location (for LBC) and total payment to be sent [these details will be given during step 4 of how to order]
  3. Give the payment to the representative, you should be given a slip as proof of payment
  4. Proceed to step 5 of how to order guide above
M Lhuillier (with additional Php 10)
  1. Go to any M Lhuillier branch
  2. Enter the following information in their pera padala slip: Our complete name, contact number and total payment to be sent [these details will be given during step 4 of how to order]
  3. Give the payment to the M Lhuillier representative, you should be given a slip as proof of payment
  4. Proceed to step 5 of how to order guide above
